Today we’re talking about the most frequently asked questions of us here at Cedarglen Living, about our condos, about the areas that we build in, and about us as a company.
What do I need for a deposit?
We keep things simple. You need a 10% deposit to build a home with Cedarglen Living. We don’t require you to have a pre-approval letter from the bank in order to purchase a condo.
All you need is your deposit.
Are your condos pet-friendly?
Yes, of course they are. 63% of Albertans are pet owners, so we make it a priority to make sure our developments are pet-friendly.
When can I move in?
You can move in as early as spring next year or as late as winter 2025, depending on where in Calgary you want to live. We have developments throughout the city with different possession timelines.
Can I rent out my property?
We get asked all the time, “Can I rent out my property?” And the answer is yes. Several of our designs are tailor-made for investment, whether they be the price point, the size or some of the features that they offer. All the communities we build in are unique and offer strong growth potential for investors looking to diversify. We offer both short- and long-term rentals.
Do I get to pick the colours for my new home?
Yes, you absolutely get to pick the colours for your home as long as it’s in the pre-construction stage. And better yet, you get to work with our designers, one on one, here at the studio to help you reach the style that you’re looking for.
How can I manage a rental property from outside of Calgary?
Managing a rental property can be challenging, especially if you don’t live in Calgary. This is why Cedarglen Living Partners with established local property management companies to help you secure a great tenant and reduce your management fees.
